After a rather tough play, Klein Heins FC's Hasso Reinhoff got a free kick in the 5th minute. Heimo Trener showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heinz Schüten in the 6th minute of the match. Helge Strebl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Helmar Boes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, FC Dinamo Bucuresti 1948's goal looked a bit too open when Kai Rau came free, but Helmar Boes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Helge Strebl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kai Rau did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Helmar Boes 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kai Rau in the 19th minute of play forced FC Dinamo Bucuresti 1948's goalkeeper Helmar Boes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 20 minutes, Addi Mügge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Dinamo Bucuresti 1948 and the Klein Heins FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Heimo Trener dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 45 played minutes FC Dinamo Bucuresti 1948 got a freekick which was hit by Addi Mügge.

Klein Heins FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Rolf Heinsch scored to the left of an out of position Heimo Trener, making the score, 1-2. With a little luck, Klein Heins FC's Heimo Trener got control of the ball when Heinz Schüten tried to sneak it across the goal line. Heinz Schüten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Heinz Schüten during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th minute, Heinz Schüten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 68 minutes into the match, Helge Strebl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Helmar Boes. The FC Dinamo Bucuresti 1948 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
