After a defensive mix-up in FC Barssa2022's zone, Helge Strebl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kim Helbig came out of the goal and Helge Strebl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sven Bauriegel came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the FC Barssa2022 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven Bauriegel couldn't finish the play. Kim Helbig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kai Rau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Heintje Sigrist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Klein Heins FC's Heimo Trener played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven Bauriegel in the 26th minute of play. Sven Bauriegels short, quick shot in the 27thth minute got Heimo Trener to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Heimo Trener made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Sven Bauriegel sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 35 minutes, Ovid Abraham managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Barssa2022's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ovid Abraham was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sven Bauriegel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Heimo Trener when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jonas Goldmann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Heimo Trener came out and tried to block the shot, but Jonas Goldmann slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Sven Bauriegel made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Kai Rau's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kim Helbig was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Heimo Trener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Goldmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes, Sven Bauriegel made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Klein Heins FC's Heimo Trener tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The tension between the Klein Heins FC and the FC Barssa2022 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 played minutes Klein Heins FC got a freekick which was hit by Hasso Reinhoff. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 94th minute of the game. One of FC Barssa2022:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Klein Heins FC:s goal. The referee gave Klein Heins FC a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Leonardo Koser, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Barssa2022's Kim Helbig. 3-2. There was no doubt that FC Barssa2022 were the better team. FC Barssa2022's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
