Kreiensieksheide FSV's Albrecht Wegner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gero Partsch in the 12th minute of play. Gero Partsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Albrecht Wegner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Bayern München's Stefan Breiffel was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 15th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lothar Heim in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albrecht Wegner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Kreiensieksheide FSV's Brad Erler in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bayern München's goalie prevented a goal. Jo Bachmann hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When Philipp Ferschl, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 24 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Arnold Bauer was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Gedeon Abergell's late challenge caught a Kreiensieksheide FSV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gedeon Abergell helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Bayern München's Gedeon Abergell got a free kick in the 27th minute. Arnold Bauer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philipp Ferschl in the 31st minute of the match. If Brad Erler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brad Erler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Breiffel to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of FC Bayern München booed when Kreiensieksheide FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick-Marc Kienzle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brad Erler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Kreiensieksheide FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Bayern München the free kick.
