Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alan Koller kicked off to start the match. Oliver Schmitz scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alois Nebe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute Alan Koller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ansbert Lanzinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Koller in the 19th minute of play forced JMF's goalkeeper Ansbert Lanzinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alan Koller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ansbert Lanzinger having to interfere. The supporters of Kirchhellen booed when JMF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Kunze didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kirchhellen's Erwin Baumgärtner got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 25 minutes in the game, Alan Koller dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. JMF's Ansbert Lanzinger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Grohganz in the 29th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Alan Koller kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ansbert Lanzinger. That made the score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. Ansbert Lanzinger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erwin Baumgärtner in the 39th minute. Erwin Baumgärtner's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Ansbert Lanzinger skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ansbert Lanzinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Koller, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oliver Schmitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, JMF's Luis Kunze got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Ansbert Lanzinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Koller in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erwin Baumgärtner in the 58th minute of play forced JMF's goalkeeper Ansbert Lanzinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erwin Baumgärtner in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ansbert Lanzinger saved JMF from getting behind. Alan Koller sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alan Koller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ansbert Lanzinger having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Kirchhellen's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Schmitz came free, but Alois Nebe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erwin Baumgärtner in the 83rd minute of play forced JMF's goalkeeper Ansbert Lanzinger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kirchhellen getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Steffen Stegelmeier hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alan Koller in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ansbert Lanzinger saved JMF from getting behind. Erwin Baumgärtner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 95 minutes into the match, JMF's goal looked a bit too open when Erwin Baumgärtner came free, but Ansbert Lanzinger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
