Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Raoul Rubeck made the kick off which started today's match. Theo Binninger's late challenge caught a Islamspor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Theo Binninger helped the player get up and apologised. In the 3rd minute, Theo Binninger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raoul Rubeck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute, Piast's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Theo Jendrossek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 9 minutes of play, Islamspor's Theo Jendrossek made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hergen Iggelheimer was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 15 minutes, Ron Stöckle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piast and the Islamspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Piast's Ron Stöckle got a free kick in the 15th minute. Ron Stöckle hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Hergen Iggelheimer made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Theo Jendrossek sent off a good shot on target. Ron Stöckle hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When Raoul Rubeck came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Islamspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raoul Rubeck couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Piast's zone, Raoul Rubeck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hergen Iggelheimer came out of the goal and Raoul Rubeck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ron Stöckle hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Theo Jendrossek made a precise shot to the right of Hergen Iggelheimer. Piast's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Raoul Rubeck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hergen Iggelheimer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. If Theo Jendrossek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Piast's goalkeeper Hergen Iggelheimer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Lars Neitzel fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piast's protests and gave Lars Neitzel a yellow card for diving instead. Lars Neitzel hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ivica Ladwig was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Tyron Schewe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hergen Iggelheimer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Gleissner kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When Lars Neitzel was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. Lars Neitzel hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Hergen Iggelheimer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Theo Jendrossek went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 65th minute of the match Luigi Schavier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hergen Iggelheimer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 69 minutes of play, Islamspor's Theo Jendrossek made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hergen Iggelheimer was left in no man's land by his defense there! 76 minutes into the game, Islamspor's Raoul Rubeck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hergen Iggelheimer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Hergen Iggelheimer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raoul Rubeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raoul Rubeck in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hergen Iggelheimer saved Piast from getting behind. 87 minutes into the game, Islamspor's Tyron Schewe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hergen Iggelheimer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. After a defensive mix-up in Piast's zone, Theo Jendrossek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hergen Iggelheimer came out of the goal and Theo Jendrossek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94thth minute of the game Theo Jendrossek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piast's Hergen Iggelheimer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Theo Binninger kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Piast's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
