But to his dismay, Moritz Scholze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Edgar Barnick was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Antonio Frohwein showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 11 minute of play. Edgar Barnick made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leopold Jägerstätter in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig von Gartzen in the 16th minute of play forced stahl's goalkeeper Edgar Barnick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edgar Barnick didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Frohwein went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Ludwig von Gartzen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgar Barnick. That made the score 4-1 in the 26 minute of play. Edgar Barnick was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ludwig von Gartzen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-1 in the 30 minute of play. Edgar Barnick didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ibo Bongartz went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Edgar Barnick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludwig von Gartzen in the 39th minute of the match. Edgar Barnick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Frohwein in the 42nd minute of play. Holger Neukirch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfried Belusa having to interfere. In the 45thth minute of the game Holger Neukirch who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hagenau's Wilfried Belusa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wilfried Belusa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Holger Neukirch's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Holger Neukirch was the one to do the kick off. After 55 minutes Hagenau's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Spike Berssenbrügge who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Spike Berssenbrügge got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wilfried Belusa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Holger Neukirch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfried Belusa having to interfere. Moritz Scholze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 65 minutes, Holger Neukirch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. stahl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Holger Neukirch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Holger Neukirch's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Wilfried Belusa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 72 minutes into the match, stahl's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Frohwein came free, but Edgar Barnick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Antonio Frohwein ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edgar Barnick was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. Julian Kahsner kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Frohwein in the 79th minute of play forced stahl's goalkeeper Edgar Barnick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Holger Neukirch in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilfried Belusa saved Hagenau from getting behind. Hagenau's Ludwig von Gartzen got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopold Jägerstätter in the 84th minute of play forced stahl's goalkeeper Edgar Barnick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Leopold Jägerstätter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Barnick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. stahl's Edgar Barnick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig von Gartzen in the 89th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Robby Kratina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to stahl getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Spike Berssenbrügge hit a great ball. Edgar Barnick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludwig von Gartzen in the 96th minute of play. A collision led to stahl getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Robby Kratina hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Hagenau players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
