Spectators: 5748 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 2) Bill Schneller made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Jaime Humpkamp made a precise shot to the right of Theo Reißig. Altensiel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When Lewin Rädel came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Altensiel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lewin Rädel couldn't finish the play. Wolfgang Wald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theo Reißig having to interfere. Theo Reißig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Humpkamp in the 18th minute of the match. Theo Reißig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wolfgang Wald, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Altensiel's Theo Falk got a free kick in the 21st minute. Christoph Krefft, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some careless play in the Altensiel defense, Wolfgang Wald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Theo Reißig. The Altensiel fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Theo Reißig should have stopped the shot. Wolfgang Wald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Jaime Humpkamp notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Altensiel's Theo Reißig. Theo Reißig was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wolfgang Wald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Theo Reißig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jaime Humpkamp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theo Reißig having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Altensiel's goal looked a bit too open when Wolfgang Wald came free, but Theo Reißig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Theo Reißig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wolfgang Wald in the 43rd minute of play. If Wolfgang Wald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Jaime Humpkamp made the kick off in the second half. Levin Sowa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theo Reißig having to interfere. Theo Reißig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jaime Humpkamp's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. A hard shot 63 in the game by Wolfgang Wald from a close distance when the talented Theo Reißig managed to make a qualified save. Altensiel's players were relieved. 65 minutes into the match, Altensiel's goalkeeper Theo Reißig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wolfgang Wald. Wolfgang Wald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theo Reißig having to interfere. Wolfgang Wald might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Theo Reißig. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wolfgang Wald ran back to his position shaking his head. Altensiel's Theo Reißig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Humpkamp in the 76th minute of play. Theo Reißig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Humpkamp in the 82nd minute of the match. After having played for 84 minutes, Jaime Humpkamp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Delay Sports Berlin 2's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Humpkamp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Immanuel Umbach in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theo Reißig saved Altensiel from getting behind. Theo Reißig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Humpkamp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delay Sports Berlin 2's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
