The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Volkmar Mebus to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Manevra FC's Bosko Grehn got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute of the match Christian Böse shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erich Barzik showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Manevra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Volkmar Mebus came free, but Erich Barzik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dierk Wilkendorf took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erich Barzik. Erich Barzik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of Manevra FC booed when Klein Breese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thorsten Kranz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes Manevra FC got a freekick which was hit by Feddo Lahme. Volkmar Mebus scored 2-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erich Barzik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Klein Breese's Finn Büttgenbach proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Klein Breese from getting a goal against them. If Volkmar Mebus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 minutes of play, Klein Breese's Dierk Wilkendorf made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erich Barzik was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Manevra FC's zone, Volkmar Mebus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erich Barzik came out of the goal and Volkmar Mebus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christoph Kien recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Volkmar Mebus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Klein Breese's supporters rose to their feet, but Volkmar Mebus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erich Barzik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Klein Breese fans cheered their team off the field, for while Manevra FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
