In the 21st minute, Hendrik Janssen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoph Egger in the 35th minute of play forced Kosmonauten Prenzelberg's goalkeeper Albert Kraus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38thth minute of the game Ulrich Händel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kosmonauten Prenzelberg's Albert Kraus was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
