Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bert Gerhold got the match started through his kick off. Gisbert Sondermann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Volkmar Mebus in the 4th minute of play. After 5 minutes, Tobias Krinke mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Buprich and the Klein Breese players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Buprich getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Tobias Krinke hit a great ball. Volkmar Mebus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Buprich's goalkeeper Gisbert Sondermann, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Buprich's Gisbert Sondermann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoph Kien in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Buprich was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Krinke to maneuver through the defense. Gisbert Sondermann acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 21st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Anton Pelzer. After 22 played minutes Buprich got a freekick which was hit by Willy Kamieth. Volkmar Mebus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gisbert Sondermann having to interfere. Dierk Wilkendorf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gisbert Sondermann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Volkmar Mebus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buprich's Gisbert Sondermann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Klein Breese's Volkmar Mebus got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Klein Breese's Finn Büttgenbach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Gerhold in the 36th minute of play. After 38 minutes, Christian Böse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Klein Breese and the Buprich players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee gave Buprich a penalty, 39 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mauritz de Raaf, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Klein Breese's Finn Büttgenbach. 0-1. Bert Gerhold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Buprich's goalkeeper Gisbert Sondermann had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dierk Wilkendorf. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Volkmar Mebus made the kick off in the second half. When Klein Breese's Dierk Wilkendorf in the 51st minute got a chance for a shot 51st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Buprich's goalie prevented a goal. If Bert Gerhold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tobias Krinke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Finn Büttgenbach having to interfere. Bert Gerhold's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Finn Büttgenbach read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Christoph Kien charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christoph Kien the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st match minute, Klein Breese was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christoph Kien to maneuver through the defense. If Willy Kamieth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
