After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Ralf Lembeck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Adi Queitsch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Fc Berlin defense, Ralf Lembeck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adi Queitsch. The Fc Berlin fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adi Queitsch should have stopped the shot. If Carlos Schrage had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Gisbert Faber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rupert Schürmann-Horster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. After 53 played minutes Fc Berlin got a freekick which was hit by Roman Donath. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ralf Lembeck got free with Adi Queitsch in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Detlef Kracht struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Adi Queitsch didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esenshammergroden FC. In the 80th minute, Carlos Schrage got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Detlef Kracht had several of the Fc Berlin's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 83 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Adi Queitsch as he didn't even see the shot coming. Adi Queitsch came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Esenshammergroden FC's Ralf Lembeck. But to his dismay, Ralf Lembeck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Fc Berlin's Adi Queitsch proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Fc Berlin from getting a goal against them. Esenshammergroden FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
