Arend Jaura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernhard Harris in the 18th minute of play. Jari Egerer hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Höferhof's Clemens Grünberger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Höferhof from getting a goal against them. Fatih Windscheif hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Höferhof's zone, Gideon Marchl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemens Grünberger came out of the goal and Gideon Marchl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arend Jaura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horst Ulbrich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Impekoven's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 32nd minute of the game, when Frank Schnoor after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Höferhof's goal. Frank Schnoor was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. In the 40th minute, Horst Ulbrich ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arend Jaura was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Impekoven booed when Höferhof was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horst Ulbrich didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 played minutes, Impekoven's Thomas Kalthoff shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Clemens Grünberger came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Impekoven reached it. Fatih Windscheif kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gideon Marchl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Höferhof's Bernhard Harris sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arend Jaura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Impekoven's goalkeeper Arend Jaura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Gideon Marchl came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Impekoven fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gideon Marchl couldn't finish the play. Arend Jaura made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Bernhard Harris sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Impekoven's zone, Horst Ulbrich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arend Jaura came out of the goal and Horst Ulbrich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernhard Harris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arend Jaura having to interfere. Arend Jaura made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Bernhard Harris sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute Horst Ulbrich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arend Jaura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Horst Ulbrich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gideon Marchl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horst Ulbrich in the 92nd minute of play forced Impekoven's goalkeeper Arend Jaura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute, Bernhard Harris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
