After a defensive mix-up in DADO FC's zone, Wolf Zellier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hartmut Neveling came out of the goal and Wolf Zellier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tibor Kaempfe hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. If Wolf Zellier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, Finne's goal looked a bit too open when Bernd Kamps came free, but Ramon Schulte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig Wiedmann charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stig Wiedmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stig Wiedmann kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Wolf Zellier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hartmut Neveling read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. When Jochem Sahr came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Finne fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jochem Sahr couldn't finish the play. Wolf Zelliers short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Hartmut Neveling to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wolf Zellier was the one to do the kick off. When Stig Wiedmann was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. A collision led to DADO FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Kalle Widmann hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wolf Zellier in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hartmut Neveling saved DADO FC from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Finne's Jochem Sahr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hartmut Neveling narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Wolf Zellier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hartmut Neveling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Pfahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in DADO FC's zone, Wolf Zellier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hartmut Neveling came out of the goal and Wolf Zellier tried to chip the ball over his head. Hartmut Neveling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Pfahl in the 67th minute of the match. After some careless play in the DADO FC defense, Wolf Zellier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hartmut Neveling. The DADO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hartmut Neveling should have stopped the shot. If Wolf Zellier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 minutes, Florian Priesmeier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DADO FC and the Finne players grew even worse after the yellow card. Florian Priesmeier kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Wolf Zellier ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hartmut Neveling was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Tibor Kaempfe kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wolf Zellier in the 88th minute of play forced DADO FC's goalkeeper Hartmut Neveling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Finne had played much better football throughout.
