Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Horst Ulbrich took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eichenzell FSV's Rudi Gudat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horst Ulbrich in the 5th minute of play. Emanuel Kilz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Höferhof's Horst Ulbrich in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Eichenzell FSV's goalie prevented a goal. Horst Ulbrich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Rudi Gudat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 21 minutes, Bernhard Harris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Höferhof's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernhard Harris was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rudi Gudat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horst Ulbrich in the 23rd minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Eichenzell FSV's Emanuel Kilz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Clemens Grünberger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Clemens Grünberger didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Horst Ulbrich managed to get in a good position for a shot. Höferhof's supporters rose to their feet, but Horst Ulbrich was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudi Gudat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bernhard Harris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Höferhof's Bernhard Harris sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rudi Gudat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Laurenz Thumser stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 59 played minutes Eichenzell FSV got a freekick which was hit by Linus Achminow. Adolf Leichsenring hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Höferhof's Fatih Windscheif got a free kick in the 63rd minute. After 68 minutes, Benedikt Bähner mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Höferhof and the Eichenzell FSV players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Höferhof! The referee gave Eichenzell FSV a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rio Erdmann, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Höferhof's Clemens Grünberger. 3-0. In the 73rd minute, Emanuel Kilz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Höferhof's Clemens Grünberger didn't even have to move. 75 minutes into the match, Höferhof's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Kilz came free, but Clemens Grünberger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Peter Bahr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernhard Harris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemens Grünberger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Kilz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 92 played minutes Eichenzell FSV got a freekick which was hit by Jan Janig. Hendrik Langmaier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rudi Gudat. Eichenzell FSV's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Eichenzell FSV getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Laurenz Thumser hit a great ball. Horst Ulbrich received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Rudi Gudat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Eichenzell FSV had won after a very even match.
