The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stig Wiedmann hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Hocheck FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Markus Ansmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hartmut Neveling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 7 minutes into the match, DADO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ludger Scherpp came free, but Hartmut Neveling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ludger Scherpp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the game, Ludger Scherpp cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Hartmut Neveling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hartmut Neveling showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludger Scherpp in the 18th minute of the match. DADO FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Ludger Scherpp scored to the left of an out of position Hartmut Neveling, making the score, 2-0. With a little luck, DADO FC's Hartmut Neveling got control of the ball when Markus Ansmann tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Kolber in the 32nd minute of play forced DADO FC's goalkeeper Hartmut Neveling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hocheck FC's Donny Schui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berko Lahann in the 36th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Hocheck FC got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Hartmann. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludger Scherpp to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludger Scherpp in the 51st minute of play forced DADO FC's goalkeeper Hartmut Neveling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hartmut Neveling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludger Scherpp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hocheck FC's Donny Schui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Hocheck FC from getting a goal against them. If Ludger Scherpp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Domingo Asbeck during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Anton Huhn got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-0. 64 minutes into the match. Vaclav Backes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Markus Ansmann in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hartmut Neveling saved DADO FC from getting behind. Hartmut Neveling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markus Ansmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the game, Markus Ansmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Hartmut Neveling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ludger Scherpp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Hartmut Neveling tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hartmut Neveling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ludger Scherpp's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. The Hocheck FC fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Hocheck FC's Ludger Scherpp looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Markus Ansmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hocheck FC fully deserved thier win.
