Friedbert Lauterbach succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 47th playminute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raik Wankum to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Raik Wankum mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodamsdörfle FC and the VfL Trier Revolutionäre players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of VfL Trier Revolutionäre booed when Rodamsdörfle FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raik Wankum didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Friedbert Lauterbach in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Stradt saved Rodamsdörfle FC from getting behind. In the 75th minute, Friedbert Lauterbach got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79th minute Raik Wankum shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demetrius Herlitizius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. During the 85th minute of the match Hinrik Braunfels completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Hinrik Braunfels a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. There was no doubt that VfL Trier Revolutionäre were the better team. VfL Trier Revolutionäre's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
