In the 10th minute, Ty Daus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stoetze FC's Jürgen Rösner shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Henrik Bohle but with some difficulty. Richart Gramminger charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Richart Gramminger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erich Oberleitner hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Erik Hopp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rüdiger Kanters in the 32nd minute of the match. If Rolf Hentschel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdl Mosch took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Erik Hopp. Stoetze FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 38th minute, Kasimir Wagner hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute Rüdiger Kanters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Hopp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 49 minutes into the game, Oscar Boshold cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Erik Hopp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Ohlenfeld were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rolf Hentschel to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Sascha Goldmann sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Erik Hopp threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Sascha Goldmann this time. A hard shot 61 in the game by Rüdiger Kanters from a close distance when the talented Erik Hopp managed to make a qualified save. Stoetze FC's players were relieved. If Rüdiger Kanters had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Rüdiger Kanters managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ohlenfeld's supporters rose to their feet, but Rüdiger Kanters was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erik Hopp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the game, Matthias Gotthard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Henrik Bohle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ferdl Mosch hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Erich Oberleitner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 83 played minutes Ohlenfeld got a freekick which was hit by Ty Daus. Matthias Gotthard struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Henrik Bohle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stoetze FC. Erich Oberleitner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrik Bohle having to make a save. 89 minutes into the game, Matthias Gotthard cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Henrik Bohle was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rüdiger Kanters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Hopp having to interfere. Rüdiger Kanters sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stoetze FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ohlenfeld had controlled the match.
