Manfred Sauter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thaddäus Schwerdt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC Nebbia 05 defense, Erik Arslan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manfred Sauter. The FC Nebbia 05 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manfred Sauter should have stopped the shot. Ivan Fesseler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Egon Mügge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 11 minutes into the match, Vachendorf's goal looked a bit too open when Klaus Dieter Glatzer came free, but Egon Mügge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Vachendorf's Dominik Döll got a free kick in the 15th minute. Egon Mügge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaus Dieter Glatzer in the 18th minute of play. After 19 minutes of play, Vachendorf's Erik Arslan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manfred Sauter was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd match minute, FC Nebbia 05 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemens Kahl to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FC Nebbia 05 defense, Thaddäus Schwerdt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manfred Sauter. The FC Nebbia 05 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manfred Sauter should have stopped the shot. Clemens Kahl kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Erik Arslan notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of FC Nebbia 05's Manfred Sauter. Manfred Sauter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of FC Nebbia 05 booed when Vachendorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Döll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Egon Mügge had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping Samuel Spieth's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Shingo Räder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Sauter having to interfere. Thaddäus Schwerdt hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Manfred Sauter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thaddäus Schwerdt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Tim Glaser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Heiko Kanters charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Heiko Kanters the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vachendorf booed when FC Nebbia 05 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heiko Kanters didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Thaddäus Schwerdt came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Vachendorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thaddäus Schwerdt couldn't finish the play. After the first half Vachendorf were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Klaus Dieter Glatzer to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FC Nebbia 05 getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Clemens Kahl hit a great ball. Vachendorf's Kasimir Achterbusch couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 56th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Nebbia 05. Thaddäus Schwerdt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Manfred Sauter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Erik Arslan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67thth minute Erik Arslan got a great chance to score trying to place the ball in the top left corner, but Manfred Sauter was prepared and efficiently stopped the ball from getting in. Egon Mügge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klaus Dieter Glatzer in the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Vachendorf's Erik Arslan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manfred Sauter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Erik Arslan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 73rdth minute, Manfred Sauter skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thaddäus Schwerdt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Sauter having to interfere. Manfred Sauter was a little too slow when Thaddäus Schwerdt got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-5. Klaus Dieter Glatzer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thaddäus Schwerdt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Sauter having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Vachendorf left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Nebbia 05.
