Manfred Sauter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lysander Moll in the 44th minute of play. Tim Glaser hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Manfred Sauter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Heinz Ansmann went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score.

In the 52nd minute, Clemens Kahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FC Nebbia 05's zone, Heinz Ansmann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manfred Sauter came out of the goal and Heinz Ansmann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, FC Nebbia 05's Tim Glaser got a free kick in the 55th minute.
