Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hermann List got the match started through his kick off. Mario Effertz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marvin Kneuer came out and tried to block the shot, but Mario Effertz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 4th minute. Heinrich Göller in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marvin Kneuer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hermann List kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Mario Effertz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Marvin Kneuer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Immanuel Vieten in the 22nd minute of play. When Boris Däumichen came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Wahnebergen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boris Däumichen couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute Arpad Grobmaul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marvin Kneuer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34th minute, Hermann List got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Immanuel Vieten in the 45th minute of play forced Sonnhart FSV's goalkeeper Marvin Kneuer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute, Hermann List hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Wahnebergen FC's Immanuel Vieten got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sonnhart FSV's Marvin Kneuer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Euschen in the 55th minute of play. Hermann List fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Rihm having to interfere. After 71 minutes of play, Wahnebergen FC's Heinrich Göller made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marvin Kneuer was left in no man's land by his defense there! They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Wahnebergen FC.
