Armin Roob recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 13 minutes, Felix Rossel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sulzbach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Rossel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Willibert Emmerich during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Schwarzburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willibert Emmerich to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Felix Rossel managed to get in a good position for a shot. After 59 minutes of play, Schwarzburg's Karel Danes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. After a defensive mix-up in Schwarzburg's zone, Felix Rossel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. René Heinzmann came out of the goal and Felix Rossel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oliver Josef Kummer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignaz Solder, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Helmut Blechschmidt kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Armin Roob managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Felix Rossel took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised René Heinzmann. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
