With a couple of smart ball manuevers Felix Rossel in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adnan Urbanczyk saved HG Boggschdeif 04 from getting behind. In the 30th minute, Piotr Rehmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jes Grentz hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Heinz got free with Adnan Urbanczyk in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. HG Boggschdeif 04's Adnan Urbanczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armin Roob in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Piotr Rehmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sulzbach's supporters rose to their feet, but Piotr Rehmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dirk Höhne made a kick off. The HG Boggschdeif 04 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hassan Assing couldn't finish the play. Sulzbach's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
