Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Arnulf Wölfle was a little too slow when Samuel Hopp got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 10 played minutes Alemannia Aachen got a freekick which was hit by Helmuth Rektor. After 12 played minutes Alemannia Aachen got a freekick which was hit by Arne Harpain. Arnulf Wölfle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Hopp in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Immanuel Haubold in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edzard Schöne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alemannia Aachen's Immanuel Haubold got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Renato Fieber charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Renato Fieber the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Samuel Hopp kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arnulf Wölfle. That made the score 2-0 in the 29 minute of play. A collision led to Alemannia Aachen getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Fatih Erler hit a great ball. Arnulf Wölfle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicolai Schwensen in the 34th minute. If Immanuel Haubold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SV Hohentengen! SV Hohentengen:s Edzard Schöne showed great skill when he stopped Arne Harpain:s penalty. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Samuel Hopp to make the kick off. After 53 minutes, Samuel Hopp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV Hohentengen and the Alemannia Aachen players grew even worse after the yellow card. SV Hohentengen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Gerd-Peter Kafka scored to the left of an out of position Edzard Schöne, making the score, 2-2. Nicolai Schwensen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Hopp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnulf Wölfle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolai Schwensen's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Gerd-Peter Kafka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Edzard Schöne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Hopp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulf Wölfle having to interfere. 72 minutes into the match, Alemannia Aachen's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolai Schwensen came free, but Arnulf Wölfle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Nicolai Schwensen notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Alemannia Aachen's Arnulf Wölfle. Arnulf Wölfle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nicolai Schwensen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnulf Wölfle having to make a save. After having played for 79 minutes, Samuel Hopp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Hohentengen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Hopp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gerd-Peter Kafka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th match minute, SV Hohentengen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Battke to maneuver through the defense. After 87 minutes of play Alemannia Aachen's Fatih Erler was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 89th minute, Nicolai Schwensen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Otmar Gerdes kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, Phoenix Störmsdörfer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alemannia Aachen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SV Hohentengen the free kick. A collision led to Alemannia Aachen getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Arnulf Wölfle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SV Hohentengen were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
