After taking down the ball on Alemannia Aachen's corner Arne Harpain fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arp Yilmaz quite easily take care of the ball. In the 9th minute, Abi Keun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Immanuel Haubold who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Arp Yilmaz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gerd-Peter Kafka in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arp Yilmaz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Uno Veit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Phoenix Störmsdörfer charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Phoenix Störmsdörfer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Alemannia Aachen's Phoenix Störmsdörfer got a free kick in the 21st minute. Arp Yilmaz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Immanuel Haubold in the 23rd minute. Uno Veit ran back to his position shaking his head. If Uno Veit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arp Yilmaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerd-Peter Kafka in the 35th minute of the match. Gerd-Peter Kafka was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 37th minute. Alemannia Aachen's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Alemannia Aachen's Gerd-Peter Kafka got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerd-Peter Kafka to strike the kick off in the second half. Immanuel Haubold struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Arp Yilmaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alemannia Aachen. After having played for 54 minutes, Immanuel Haubold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alemannia Aachen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Immanuel Haubold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gerd-Peter Kafka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63rd play minutes Immanuel Haubold shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Arp Yilmaz and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 70th minute, Alemannia Aachen's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Uno Veit fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 76th minute, Gerd-Peter Kafka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gerd-Peter Kafka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arp Yilmaz having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Benjamin Breitbach hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute of the match Arne Harpain shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arp Yilmaz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Immanuel Haubold sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the game, Alemannia Aachen's Immanuel Haubold nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arp Yilmaz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Alemannia Aachen's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
