Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Winfried Beyer kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Friedrich Rückert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Morten Schmithuysen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Winfried Beyer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morten Schmithuysen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Friedrich Rückert in the 14th minute of play forced Jiggel's goalkeeper Morten Schmithuysen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Renke Kaster was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gloriious Bastards's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jiggel the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gloriious Bastards's Renke Kaster got a free kick in the 16th minute. Jiggel's Erwin Kretschmann couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Gloriious Bastards's Lukas Rackwitz got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 34 minutes into the match, Jiggel's Thomas Eumann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Torsten Canel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luca Derm during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gloriious Bastards's Torsten Canel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabien Franke in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Winfried Beyer in the 62nd minute of play forced Jiggel's goalkeeper Morten Schmithuysen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Winfried Beyer received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Morten Schmithuysen came out and tried to block the shot, but Winfried Beyer slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 63rd minute. Friedrich Rückert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Gloriious Bastards's Winfried Beyer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Morten Schmithuysen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jiggel's goalkeeper Morten Schmithuysen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Friedrich Rückert came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Gloriious Bastards fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Friedrich Rückert couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Fabien Franke managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jiggel's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabien Franke was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Canel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabien Franke might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Torsten Canel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabien Franke ran back to his position shaking his head. Renke Kaster kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Thomas Eumann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Torsten Canel having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Thomas Eumann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jiggel's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Eumann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Canel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 93 minutes, Lysander Babusch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jiggel and the Gloriious Bastards players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Thomas Eumann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
