The King Zone's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Middelberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A collision led to Obendeich getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Harald Bauschus hit a great ball. In the 65thth minute of the game Viktor Kues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but The King Zone's Matthias Bäätjer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Matthias Bäätjer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wolfgang Hecht, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Frommer took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Matthias Bäätjer. The King Zone's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wolfgang Hecht in the 72nd minute of play forced The King Zone's goalkeeper Matthias Bäätjer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Viktor Kues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Viktor Kues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matthias Bäätjer was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. The supporters of The King Zone booed when Obendeich was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Hauffen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klaus Pinz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Heinrich Krech in the 98th minute.
