Spechtholtshook's Thorbjörn Krummwiede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heintje Tartemann in the 6th minute of play. Marc Therre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldemar Gorny in the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Spechtholtshook's goal looked a bit too open when Heintje Tartemann came free, but Thorbjörn Krummwiede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matteo Manthey during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, Matteo Manthey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute, Dan Strauss left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Remberg FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After having played for 34 minutes, Günter von Egidy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Spechtholtshook's supporters crossed their fingers, but Günter von Egidy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Heintje Tartemann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Heintje Tartemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kuno Mackensen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Marc Therre made a huge save. If Heintje Tartemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Remberg FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Spechtholtshook's zone, Heintje Tartemann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thorbjörn Krummwiede came out of the goal and Heintje Tartemann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Spechtholtshook's Thorbjörn Krummwiede proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Spechtholtshook from getting a goal against them. If Waldemar Gorny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heintje Tartemann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Thorbjörn Krummwiede made a huge save. 62 minutes into the match, Spechtholtshook's goalkeeper Thorbjörn Krummwiede had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Heintje Tartemann. With a little luck, Spechtholtshook's Thorbjörn Krummwiede got control of the ball when Heintje Tartemann tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Waldemar Gorny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matteo Manthey got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Remberg FC's Matteo Manthey got a free kick in the 70th minute. When Waldemar Gorny came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Spechtholtshook fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Gorny couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Kuno Mackensen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Spechtholtshook fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Marc Therre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Telkämper in the 82nd minute of play. If Waldemar Gorny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Günter von Egidy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spechtholtshook's supporters rose to their feet, but Günter von Egidy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marc Therre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, Remberg FC's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Gorny came free, but Marc Therre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Waldemar Gorny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marc Therre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waldemar Gorny, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
