Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stefan Schnellrieder started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute, Stefan Schnellrieder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 6th match minute, TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berthold Strohmayer to maneuver through the defense. In the 7th match minute, TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hartwig Krumbachner to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th match minute, TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Pestel to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute Stefan Schnellrieder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siegmund Herrenkind saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 19th minute, Willi Mühlichen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Stefan Schnellrieder scored to the left of an out of position Siegmund Herrenkind, making the score, 1-0. Tim Ayim blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Manes having to make a save. The supporters of TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg booed when Oberbenningrath FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willi Mühlichen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars Rösler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siegmund Herrenkind having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Tim Ayim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Manes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 44th match minute, TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Friedmann to maneuver through the defense. Berthold Strohmayer hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg's Siegmund Herrenkind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Schnellrieder in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Leo Pestel made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Oberbenningrath FC got a freekick which was hit by Willi Mühlichen. After a defensive mix-up in Oberbenningrath FC's zone, Tim Ayim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Manes came out of the goal and Tim Ayim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Siegmund Herrenkind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Rösler in the 60th minute of play. After 62 minutes, Lukas Keim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oberbenningrath FC and the TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Oberbenningrath FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Lukas Keim hit a great ball. Tim Ayim struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Jorge Manes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg. Siegmund Herrenkind made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Schnellrieder in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, TSV Böhlitz-Ehrenberg's Leo Pestel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Lars Rösler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siegmund Herrenkind having to interfere. Tim Ayim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leo Pestel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jorge Manes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Oberbenningrath FC's goalkeeper Jorge Manes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tim Ayim. Jorge Manes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leo Pestel in the 91st minute of the match. If Leo Pestel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
