The tension between the Blue Lions FC and the LASSE players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Blue Lions FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. In the 88th match minute, Blue Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christoph Sellmann to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the match, Sonny Dahms notched a goal, 5-4, to the right of LASSE's Maik Eigen. Maik Eigen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Blue Lions FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
