Robert Hönes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thomas Lauerwald hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Dustin Meier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robert Hönes might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raimar Metzler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robert Hönes ran back to his position shaking his head. Nils Wester's late challenge caught a 1.FC Mehlesdorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils Wester helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Nils Wester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimar Metzler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Hönes, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Dustin Meier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Raimar Metzler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saverio Indalecio made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Leopold Bannemann sent off a good shot on target. Nils Wester hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Szikszy's Raimar Metzler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Hönes in the 23rd minute of play. Matteo Winkler hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Dustin Meier charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dustin Meier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Szikszy booed when 1.FC Mehlesdorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dustin Meier didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Robert Hönes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raimar Metzler. Szikszy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Hönes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.

Leopold Bannemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A sloppy throw-in by Günther Bousonville in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by 1.FC Mehlesdorf's Franz Krumbachner. With a little luck, Szikszy's Raimar Metzler got control of the ball when Robert Hönes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leopold Bannemann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 62 minutes into the match, Szikszy's goal looked a bit too open when Franz Krumbachner came free, but Raimar Metzler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Despite this Raimar Metzler quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Serge Spichermann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
