The supporters of Kraftsdorf booed when Melting Sun FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herbert Gehse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Nonnenmacher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Berns, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruno Nonnenmacher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Schramm in the 9th minute of the match. Bruno Nonnenmacher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Berns, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Henning Schwanitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars Loos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Till Augustin came out and tried to block the shot, but Lars Loos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 20th minute. Jakob Berns kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 28thth minute of the game Marek Lohr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Melting Sun FC's Bruno Nonnenmacher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henning Schwanitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kraftsdorf's zone, Folke Schenk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Till Augustin came out of the goal and Folke Schenk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Melting Sun FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hanjo Frenzle came free, but Bruno Nonnenmacher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Nonnenmacher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Lohr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 41st minute by Folke Schenk got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 43 minutes into the match, Kraftsdorf's goalkeeper Till Augustin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Loos. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Schiffer got free with Till Augustin in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hanjo Frenzle made a kick off. The supporters of Melting Sun FC booed when Kraftsdorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gereon Termath didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melting Sun FC's Matthias Trampenau got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Lars Loos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Till Augustin was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Till Augustin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Loos in the 64th minute of play. When Dieter Otten fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kraftsdorf's protests and gave Dieter Otten a yellow card for diving instead. When Lars Loos came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Melting Sun FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars Loos couldn't finish the play. Ludwig Kuckhoff kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Lars Loos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Till Augustin was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Kraftsdorf's zone, Henning Schwanitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Till Augustin came out of the goal and Henning Schwanitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oskar Breuer during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes Kraftsdorf got a freekick which was hit by Oskar Breuer. Marek Lohr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melting Sun FC's Lars Loos couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kraftsdorf. In the 86th minute, Leon Schiffer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Melting Sun FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Melting Sun FC's Bruno Nonnenmacher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hanjo Frenzle in the 90th minute of play.
