Marko Mattern took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marek Lohr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th play minute Roland Beinmagd came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Till Augustin. 1-0. When Hanjo Frenzle came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Kraftsdorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hanjo Frenzle couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Kraftsdorf getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jakob Berns hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Roland Beinmagd sped through Kraftsdorf's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Till Augustin. In the 39th minute, Friedhold Loth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes of play, Kraftsdorf's Marek Lohr made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marko Mattern was left in no man's land by his defense there! All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

VfL Klosterbauerschaft's Roland Beinmagd got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roland Beinmagd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Till Augustin having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Daniel Schramm managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kraftsdorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Schramm was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marko Mattern breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 73rdth minute of the game Roland Beinmagd who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kraftsdorf's Till Augustin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of VfL Klosterbauerschaft booed when Kraftsdorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieter Otten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute Roland Beinmagd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Till Augustin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Till Augustin came out of the goal and Roland Beinmagd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Bliska in the 93rd minute of play forced Kraftsdorf's goalkeeper Till Augustin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. VfL Klosterbauerschaft's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
