Michael Stieglitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Max Rieden went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Max Rieden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michael Stieglitz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thies Hell's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Hinrik Verheyen kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Billy Straubinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egidius Hähle in the 45th minute of the match. The supporters of Königsblau Schalke booed when Die Durchstarter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jamal Iffland didn't get a good kick on the ball.
