Till Augustin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Hartenbach, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 26 minutes into the game, Jens Lowe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rothenbergen FSV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kraftsdorf the free kick. Joschi Gemein charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Till Augustin was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Tonio Lingens made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Marek Lohr sent off a good shot on target. Kraftsdorf's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
