Fabian Förster's late challenge caught a KS Górnik Bykowina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Förster helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, KS Górnik Bykowina's Simon Emeterio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Simon Emeterio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee showed Oleg Picker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 98th match minute, KS Górnik Bykowina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oleg Picker to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Gremberghoven FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
