Karl Groth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Stahlschmidt having to interfere. After 16 played minutes Neuenhammer got a freekick which was hit by Rico Kucharski. When Thilo Daniels fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neuenhammer's protests and gave Thilo Daniels a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Neuenhammer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thilo Daniels to maneuver through the defense. Wim Kuhntz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Johannes Stahlschmidt. Neuenhammer's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Johannes Stahlschmidt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Hopke in the 20th minute of the match. Karl Groth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Groth in the 23rd minute of play forced Neuenhammer's goalkeeper Johannes Stahlschmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Neuenhammer getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Thilo Daniels hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for Uripils. Wim Kuhntz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Johannes Stahlschmidt. 0-1. Neuenhammer's Johannes Stahlschmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Groth in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Jens Hopke made a precise shot to the right of Johannes Stahlschmidt. Neuenhammer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Neuenhammer's Johannes Stahlschmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl Groth in the 46th minute of play. After the first half Uripils were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Micha-Alexander Scheller to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl Groth in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johannes Stahlschmidt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes into the match, Neuenhammer's goalkeeper Johannes Stahlschmidt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jens Hopke. Karl Groth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Johannes Stahlschmidt managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Uripils's Karl Groth fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jens Hopke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77th minute, Karl Groth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 79thth minute of the game Karl Groth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Neuenhammer's Johannes Stahlschmidt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Groth in the 82nd minute of play forced Neuenhammer's goalkeeper Johannes Stahlschmidt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl Groth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Stahlschmidt having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Karl Groth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johannes Stahlschmidt was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Karl Groth received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Johannes Stahlschmidt came out and tried to block the shot, but Karl Groth slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 87th minute. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Karl Groth took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Johannes Stahlschmidt to make any attempt to save it.
