Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jürgen Wienecke kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, 1.FC Union Berlin's Mischa Simpson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Graf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Karl Groth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Fischer having to interfere. Christian Graf took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jürgen Wienecke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 played minutes, 1.FC Union Berlin's Philipp Adler shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Christian Graf came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 1.FC Union Berlin reached it. Jürgen Wienecke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Wim Kuhntz during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wim Kuhntz hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute of the match Stefano Frieden shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Graf showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Uripils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albrecht Klerings to maneuver through the defense. Jürgen Wienecke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 24 minutes into the match, Mischa Simpson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Uripils's Christian Graf. Christian Graf was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benjamin Fischer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens Hopke, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. If Jens Hopke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Uripils's Christian Graf got control of the ball when Mischa Simpson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Karl Groth took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benjamin Fischer. Benjamin Fischer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 43rd minute, Karl Groth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uripils fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Karl Groth got free with Benjamin Fischer in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 52 minutes into the match, Mischa Simpson notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Uripils's Christian Graf. Christian Graf was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mischa Simpson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl Groth succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-3 in the 63rd playminute. With a little luck, 1.FC Union Berlin's Benjamin Fischer got control of the ball when Jens Hopke tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 67th minute, Karl Groth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stefano Frieden kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A hard shot 70 in the game by Jens Hopke from a close distance when the talented Benjamin Fischer managed to make a qualified save. 1.FC Union Berlin's players were relieved. Mischa Simpson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jürgen Wienecke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Graf having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Mischa Simpson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1.FC Union Berlin fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. In the 88th minute, 1.FC Union Berlin's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jens Hopke fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 89 minutes, Ergün Erler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1.FC Union Berlin and the Uripils players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 89 played minutes 1.FC Union Berlin got a freekick which was hit by Ergün Erler. 90 minutes into the game, Jens Hopke lined in a short shot 4-4 behind a frustrated Benjamin Fischer. Benjamin Fischer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Groth, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
