Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gerd Tilmann kicked off to start the match. Meik Zaborowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Philipp Scherbaum in the 3rd minute of the match. Theodor Grotthaus came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Meik Zaborowski could save by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paul Menz during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Gerd Tilmann came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the FC Wiesenstetten fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerd Tilmann couldn't finish the play. Daniel Wurm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerold Pell in the 10th minute of play. Gerd Tilmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Wurm having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gerd Tilmann in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Wurm saved Fehmarnsund from getting behind. 14 minutes into the match, FC Wiesenstetten's goal looked a bit too open when Erich Walz came free, but Meik Zaborowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 21 played minutes Fehmarnsund got a freekick which was hit by Lüder Völzow. After a defensive mix-up in Fehmarnsund's zone, Gerold Pell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Wurm came out of the goal and Gerold Pell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Wurm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerold Pell, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute of the match, Philipp Scherbaum tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Meik Zaborowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gerd Tilmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Daniel Wurm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Gerd Tilmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Wurm was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Philipp Scherbaum charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Philipp Scherbaum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Philipp Scherbaum hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Elis Behrendt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Meik Zaborowski made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Gerold Pell managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Wiesenstetten's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerold Pell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Wurm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gerd Tilmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half FC Wiesenstetten were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Erich Walz to strike the kick off in the second half. FC Wiesenstetten's Özgür Nahles quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Egon Hepp, made in the 53rd minute of the game. Gerd Tilmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meik Zaborowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erich Walz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the match, FC Wiesenstetten's goal looked a bit too open when Elis Behrendt came free, but Meik Zaborowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Erich Walz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meik Zaborowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Utz Georgion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Wurm having to interfere. Meik Zaborowski came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Fehmarnsund's Philipp Scherbaum. But to his dismay, Philipp Scherbaum quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 74 minutes into the match, FC Wiesenstetten's goal looked a bit too open when Philipp Scherbaum came free, but Meik Zaborowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Fehmarnsund's Daniel Wurm got control of the ball when Gerold Pell tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 76 minutes of play, Fehmarnsund's Erich Walz made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Meik Zaborowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Wurm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerold Pell in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute, Paul Menz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erich Walz in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Meik Zaborowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erich Walz in the 91st minute of play forced FC Wiesenstetten's goalkeeper Meik Zaborowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Wiesenstetten's Meik Zaborowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erich Walz in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fehmarnsund fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC Wiesenstetten had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
