Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hubertus Rompel got the match started through his kick off. Andy Bopp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Bauland:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hilferdingsen:s goal. In the 11th minute there was a penalty for Hilferdingsen. Christian Mayer stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Stefan Bieber. 0-1. If Kornelius Damrau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Schieber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Thomas Otto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hubertus Rompel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, Bauland's goal looked a bit too open when Hubertus Rompel came free, but Stefan Bieber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Schieber got free with Thomas Otto in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thomas Otto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Schieber went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Kornelius Damrau took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Stefan Bieber. Stefan Bieber dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 36thth minute of the game Andy Bopp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hilferdingsen's Thomas Otto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Kornelius Damrau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hilferdingsen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kornelius Damrau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 41 minutes, Hubertus Rompel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andy Bopp to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd play minute Kornelius Damrau came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Stefan Bieber. 1-4. After some careless play in the Bauland defense, Kornelius Damrau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Bieber. The Bauland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Bieber should have stopped the shot. After 61 played minutes Hilferdingsen got a freekick which was hit by Kornelius Damrau. If Fabian Schieber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Hilferdingsen's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Schieber came free, but Thomas Otto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 70 minutes, Fabian Schieber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bauland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Schieber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stefan Bieber made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubertus Rompel in the 72nd minute of play. Stefan Bieber was a little too slow when Hubertus Rompel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-6. 84 minutes into the game, Edgar Schübel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hilferdingsen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bauland the free kick. Edgar Schübel kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Thomas Otto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andy Bopp in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Hilferdingsen's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Schieber came free, but Thomas Otto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Schieber blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Thomas Otto having to make a save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Hilferdingsen eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
