The referee ignored Feldkante's protests and gave Florentin Wienecke a yellow card for diving instead. Frederik Schaumann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erwin Plehn having to make a save. Matti Kampeter kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Aage Boller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conny Schwarz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
