Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mark Debus made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Kella's Alfred Wewers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Sobieray narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 5 minutes, Matthias Pitterling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Equord's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matthias Pitterling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mark Debus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Emanuel Sobieray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Kella booed when Equord was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helmut Haller didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matthias Pitterling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ubbo Vöhringer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mark Debus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Emanuel Sobieray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kella's Alfred Wewers got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Equord's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Debus came free, but Emanuel Sobieray reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthias Pitterling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mark Debus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
In the 61st minute, Alfred Wewers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tillmann Haug didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matthias Pitterling went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Matthias Pitterling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tillmann Haug having to interfere. Equord's Ubbo Vöhringer got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Matthias Pitterling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th match minute, Kella was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christoph Ziervogel to maneuver through the defense. Tillmann Haug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Pitterling, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. When Christoph Ziervogel fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kella's protests and gave Christoph Ziervogel a yellow card for diving instead. Tillmann Haug showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubbo Vöhringer, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Ubbo Vöhringer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tillmann Haug having to interfere. In the 85th minute Mark Debus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuel Sobieray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tillmann Haug made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Pitterling in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd minute Ubbo Vöhringer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tillmann Haug saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Equord's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
