Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfons Raeder got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th match minute, Großengottern was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugen Badde to maneuver through the defense. Markus Gerken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfons Raeder in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mathieu Gleißberg saved FC Niebieskie Dachy from getting behind. 16 minutes into the game, Lion Liebherr was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Großengottern's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Niebieskie Dachy the free kick. In the 16th match minute, Großengottern was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lion Liebherr to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of FC Niebieskie Dachy booed when Großengottern was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfons Raeder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfons Raeder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mathieu Gleißberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Alfons Raeder blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mathieu Gleißberg having to make a save. Großengottern's Werner Schöpfer got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Alfons Raeder put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mathieu Gleißberg. If Alfons Raeder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Werner Schöpfer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Mathieu Gleißberg made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfons Raeder in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mathieu Gleißberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Großengottern's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aimo Koppermann in the 43rd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Kai Herbig heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Markus Gerken made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markus Gerken in the 55th minute of play forced Großengottern's goalkeeper Otfried Gellrich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the game, Werner Schöpfer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Mathieu Gleißberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pekko Dürr received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Otfried Gellrich tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lion Liebherr kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kai Herbig in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mathieu Gleißberg saved FC Niebieskie Dachy from getting behind. A collision led to FC Niebieskie Dachy getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Berko Setzer hit a great ball. Werner Schöpfer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Werner Schöpfer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mathieu Gleißberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Kai Herbig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the FC Niebieskie Dachy defense, Werner Schöpfer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mathieu Gleißberg. The FC Niebieskie Dachy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mathieu Gleißberg should have stopped the shot. If Werner Schöpfer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Großengottern had played much better football throughout.
