Dettenschwang's Till Pedersen got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Axel Hubert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Conny Schwarz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute of the match, Frederik Schaumann got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sebastian Goldstein was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 19 minutes into the match, Dettenschwang's goalkeeper Sebastian Goldstein had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernt Haußdörfer. Frederik Schaumann scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Goldstein, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 25 minutes of play, BSG Gera Süd's Frederik Schaumann made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastian Goldstein was left in no man's land by his defense there! 30 minutes in the game Leon Vossig did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Frederik Schaumann. After some careless play in the Dettenschwang defense, Frederik Schaumann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Goldstein. The Dettenschwang fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Goldstein should have stopped the shot. 43 minutes into the game, Frederik Schaumann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Sebastian Goldstein was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 7-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bernt Haußdörfer kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute, Rolf Steenblock got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 56 minutes of play, BSG Gera Süd's Oskar Ternes made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastian Goldstein was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Bernt Haußdörfer fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BSG Gera Süd's protests and gave Bernt Haußdörfer a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to BSG Gera Süd getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Bernt Haußdörfer hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, BSG Gera Süd's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rolf Steenblock fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. BSG Gera Süd's Conny Schwarz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save BSG Gera Süd from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute Bernt Haußdörfer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Goldstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Bernt Haußdörfer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastian Goldstein was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. After a rather tough play, Dettenschwang's Kai Boris Bednorz got a free kick in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Dettenschwang's goal looked a bit too open when Frederik Schaumann came free, but Sebastian Goldstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Goldstein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernt Haußdörfer, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 90th minute Bernt Haußdörfer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Goldstein saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Vossig got a throw-in 91 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Bernt Haußdörfer. Sebastian Goldstein came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by BSG Gera Süd's Frederik Schaumann. But to his dismay, Frederik Schaumann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. BSG Gera Süd's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
