Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ahsen FSV's Leandros Lazarus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ahsen FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Benni Heinsohn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Spicker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11thth minute of the game Leandros Lazarus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hadem FSV's Christian Spicker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benni Heinsohn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Spicker having to interfere. Hadem FSV's Christian Spicker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Goepel in the 15th minute of play. After 16 played minutes Hadem FSV got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Walz. If Benni Heinsohn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. Christian Spicker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandros Lazarus, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Hadem FSV's Christian Spicker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Hadem FSV from getting a goal against them. If Leandros Lazarus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leandros Lazarus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oskar Rohde to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Hadem FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Dietmar Wilzek came free, but Christian Spicker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ahsen FSV booed when Hadem FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralf Walz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute, Leandros Lazarus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oskar Rohde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leandros Lazarus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Christian Spicker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Hadem FSV's zone, Leandros Lazarus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christian Spicker came out of the goal and Leandros Lazarus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Ahsen FSV booed when Hadem FSV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralf Walz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Dietmar Wilzek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christian Spicker was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dietmar Wilzek in the 72nd minute of play forced Hadem FSV's goalkeeper Christian Spicker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Spicker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandros Lazarus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hadem FSV were furious when Ralf Walz was red carded, 91 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 92 played minutes Hadem FSV got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Walz. When Eckehard Kindler came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ahsen FSV fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eckehard Kindler couldn't finish the play. Leandros Lazarus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Christian Spicker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Ahsen FSV were the better team. Ahsen FSV's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
