Claus Deling was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 42nd minute, FC Barcelona's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Guillaume Korkus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Laurent Hinschberger kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, Bentfeld's goal looked a bit too open when Feridun Vogel came free, but Claus Deling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
