Tom Pfau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedikt Andres, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 34 played minutes Borussia Polonia got a freekick which was hit by Geert Butzendorf. 35 minutes into the match, Bocket FC's Peer Wirtgen broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Borussia Polonia's Tom Pfau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Saure in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedikt Andres in the 37th minute of play forced Borussia Polonia's goalkeeper Tom Pfau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Carlos Saure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedikt Andres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Bocket FC booed when Borussia Polonia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geert Butzendorf didn't get a good kick on the ball. 49 minutes into the match, Borussia Polonia's goal looked a bit too open when Benedikt Andres came free, but Tom Pfau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benedikt Andres was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th match minute, Borussia Polonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick-Marc Kallies to maneuver through the defense. If Benedikt Andres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benedikt Andres in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tom Pfau saved Borussia Polonia from getting behind. Tom Pfau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedikt Andres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Holger Reinisch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Bocket FC's Georg Brameshuber got a free kick in the 88th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Simon Trenner during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Borussia Polonia booed when Bocket FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Trenner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Feddo Scherbaum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Throm in the 92nd minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Bocket FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcel Throm came free, but Feddo Scherbaum reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Borussia Polonia had won after a very even match.
