After a defensive mix-up in Bielefelder Jungs's zone, Cosimo Holtei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theo Aumüller came out of the goal and Cosimo Holtei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 minutes, Ralf Bodenmüller mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Eisern 66 and the Bielefelder Jungs players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ralf Bodenmüller kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Robert Rückert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uwe Cremer, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Robert Rückert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Uwe Cremer in the 39th minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosimo Holtei was the one to do the kick off. Dennis Scholl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Robert Rückert made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Cosimo Holtei managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Eisern 66's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosimo Holtei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Theo Aumüller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leon Artmann received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robert Rückert came out and tried to block the shot, but Leon Artmann slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 89th minute. Bielefelder Jungs's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
