Luis Hönig made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Nikolaus Kollar sent off a good shot on target. In the 4th minute, Heusweiler's Enak Prott dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Luis Hönig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolaus Kollar, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Georg Ulrich Kaemmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justin Sanger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristian Kock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Georg Ulrich Kaemmer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nikolaus Kollar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luis Hönig was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nikolaus Kollar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. Georg Ulrich Kaemmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennert Scheil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enak Prott received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luis Hönig came out and tried to block the shot, but Enak Prott slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 28th minute. Georg Ulrich Kaemmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justin Sanger in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Axel Kalisch left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Holzkopf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Luis Hönig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikolaus Kollar in the 36th minute of play. Luis Hönig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Barnabas Scheel's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Pawel Kerbsties's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 41stth minute, Luis Hönig skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nikolaus Kollar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nikolaus Kollar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Axel Kalisch charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Axel Kalisch the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Heusweiler's Gavin Rehberg was substituted for Enak Prott. When Dominik Kerbsties came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Heusweiler fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dominik Kerbsties couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute Nikolaus Kollar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Hönig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Holzkopf's Luis Hönig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Kerbsties in the 60th minute of play. The FC Holzkopf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luis Hönig should have stopped the shot. 70 minutes into the match, Heusweiler's Gavin Rehberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luis Hönig narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, FC Holzkopf's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Stemmer came free, but Luis Hönig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heusweiler's Gavin Rehberg got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dominik Kerbsties came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Heusweiler fans jumped to their feet. Luis Hönig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnabas Scheel, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Dominik Kerbsties had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Holzkopf's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nikolaus Kollar was slow to take the kick. During this time Heusweiler's players had a chance to rest. Heusweiler's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
