Spectators: 7169 (Terracing: 5300, Seating: 1720, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Oka Jäger kicked off to start the match. Maik Dutzmann was extremely unlucky when he, in the 3rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Maik Dutzmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baptist Klee hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 8 played minutes, Schürensöhlen's Alexander Mühl shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marco Zukrigl came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Schürensöhlen reached it. Maik Dutzmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Leutheusser having to make a save. Schürensöhlen's David Leutheusser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Köstner in the 14th minute of play. Lutz Schnell kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Joseph Olbers's late challenge caught a Schürensöhlen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joseph Olbers helped the player get up and apologised. 21 minutes into the match, Oka Jäger notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of SC Halberg's Marco Zukrigl. Marco Zukrigl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jakob Röwekamp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Marco Zukrigl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Oka Jäger came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Schürensöhlen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oka Jäger couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, SC Halberg's goal looked a bit too open when Oka Jäger came free, but Marco Zukrigl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marco Köstner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. David Leutheusser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Leutheusser was a little too slow when Maik Dutzmann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 43rd minute, one of Schürensöhlen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Schürensöhlen. David Leutheusser went to the wrong direction when Raphael Magath was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Oka Jäger managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schürensöhlen's supporters rose to their feet, but Oka Jäger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Zukrigl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Leutheusser stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Köstner's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. When Maik Dutzmann came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the SC Halberg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maik Dutzmann couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oka Jäger in the 74th minute of play forced SC Halberg's goalkeeper Marco Zukrigl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oka Jäger in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Zukrigl prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, SC Halberg's Marco Zukrigl got control of the ball when Jakob Röwekamp tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, SC Halberg's Baptist Klee got a free kick in the 85th minute. Oka Jäger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Marco Zukrigl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jakob Röwekamp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
