Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Uli Walcher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Uli Walcher received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Efraim Boehm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC Bremerhaven's Efraim Boehm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uli Walcher in the 9th minute of play. Frank-Ulrich Wedemeyer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efraim Boehm having to interfere. If Uli Walcher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, FC Bremerhaven's Efraim Boehm got control of the ball when Frank-Ulrich Wedemeyer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uli Walcher's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Efraim Boehm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Frank-Ulrich Wedemeyer had several of the FC Bremerhaven's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Efraim Boehm as he didn't even see the shot coming. Frank-Ulrich Wedemeyer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Efraim Boehm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Wieckenberg FSV's Uli Walcher slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Efraim Boehm. That made the score 2-0 after 38 minutes of play. Wieckenberg FSV's Frank-Ulrich Wedemeyer got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Manfred Böcker hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, FC Bremerhaven's goal looked a bit too open when Uli Walcher came free, but Efraim Boehm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frank-Ulrich Wedemeyer struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Efraim Boehm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wieckenberg FSV. 3-0 became the score in the 63rd minute when Uli Walcher elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 74thth minute of the game Uli Walcher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bremerhaven's Efraim Boehm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Uli Walcher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Efraim Boehm was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Jan Mächtel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hieronymus König in the 78th minute. Jan Mächtel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niko Homann, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Frank-Ulrich Wedemeyer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efraim Boehm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank-Ulrich Wedemeyer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank-Ulrich Wedemeyer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Uli Walcher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Bremerhaven's Efraim Boehm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uli Walcher in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Wieckenberg FSV players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
